Compass Cars wins business award

Compass Cars recently won the North Shore Times 2010 Business Achiever Awards for the Travel and Tourism Services Sector.

Established in 2001, the company has grown from one office with two people to three offices with 30 servicing a mix of customers from all walks of life.

Compass Cars includes Compass Accident Management service, which provides replacement vehicles and claims the cost direct from the at-fault insurer.

“It isn’t easy to win these awards and to be recognised by your peers in the area is something we are very proud of,” Compass managing director, James Frape, said.

The judging process involved customers filling in questionnaires on the company’s performance and then being tested by judges who actually come into the workplace, unknown to the operators, and test their services.

“We pride ourselves on the exceptional service that we provide to our clients and this win is testament to the ethos we have created within the business of ensuring that the customer never leaves us disappointed,” Frape said.

“As a market leader in the services that we provide this award is just a stepping stone to bigger and better ambitions that we have.”
