Capital S.M.A.R.T expands

Victorian-based Capital S.M.A.R.T continues to expand its network specialising in repairing light to medium collision damaged cars.

Two new facilities are due to open in May, one in East Brisbane to take the company nationwide, with a further workshop soon to be trading in Sydney’s west. This brings the total network to eight.

In an exclusive preview, AP&P visited Capital S.M.A.R.T’s headquarters in Melbourne to see how it achieved the efficiencies which allow it to offer an overnight service on most repairs.

“I think the concept is unique,” chief operating officer and director Jim Vais said. “We don’t use traditional methods or thinking.”
