Boss Gen 2 benchmarking

Boss Australia has released its benchmarking site in Gen 2 format.

Managing director of Boss Australia, Allan Shotton, says the company now has live feed benchmarking from all of its 100 Club members.

“This benchmarking on the website allows all members to view up to the minute live feeds of all industry benchmarks using GEN 2 technology,” Shotton says.

“Each and every time a user makes a change to their KPI base the rest of the county knows about it, but not who the shop was, obviously.

“It is my belief that this type of KPI reporting has never been done in the trade before.”
Users can view all state and territory results for more than 35 KPI reporting areas.

This will allow the user base to not only view their personal benchmarking results, but also the other users’ results so they can make some generic comparisons.

“I have tried to create the site similar to a NASCAR race score card; this means that the updated results scroll across the screen as they are updated,” Shotton says.

“Some people have likened it to the updated stock exchange results that slow scroll through the web page.”
